We operate this website and store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables delivery of the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, if applicable, you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.

You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping) to browse or purchase. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, current, and complete, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Droners may accept or decline your order at its discretion. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

Purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only per our Refund Policy $LINK$. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order will apply and will be confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

Online prices may differ from those in physical stores or third-party marketplaces. Promotions may be governed by separate terms which control in case of conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information, and to promptly update details (including email and payment card data). You represent and warrant that:
(i) payment details are true and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honored; and (iv) you will pay all amounts due, including taxes, shipping, and fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are transferred to the carrier.

The Services and all associated content (including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, audio, reviews, and their selection and arrangement) are owned by Droners, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except with our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services. No license or rights are granted by implication or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Droners names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Droners or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Do not use any trademarks without prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

We may introduce new features or tools in the future; such features form part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.

Droners is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases are made directly between you and Droners. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Droners, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to your transactions with Droners.

Section 11 – Aviation Compliance (UAE)

Drones, FPV systems, and related equipment must be operated in compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulations. In the United Arab Emirates, this includes (without limitation) requirements of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA).

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/user to:

1. register and/or license drones as required;

2. obtain all permits and approvals prior to operation;

3. fly only in permitted areas and in accordance with safety rules; and

4. remain informed of and comply with all updates to aviation regulations.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that Droners has no responsibility or liability for your operation of any product, or for any fines, penalties, damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

Section 12 – Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights in the Feedback; that you have disclosed any incentives received; and that the Feedback complies with these Terms.

We may—but are not obligated to—monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or provide misleading information. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy, and we assume no liability for Feedback posted by you or any third party.

From time to time, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may suspend, disable, or terminate accounts without notice for violations.

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Aviation Compliance, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY DRONERS, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in such cases, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 17 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DRONERS, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS (OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Section 18 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Droners, Shopify, and our/their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms or referenced policies; (2) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement (at your expense) and will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not unreasonably withheld). You will reasonably cooperate in the defense.

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Section 20 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and Droners regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreements for the provision of Services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and Droners agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in the Emirate where Droners is headquartered.
